Stephanie - Definitely don&#039;t feel pressure! Losing weight is hard enough, losing it after a baby is very hard. Take it easy, eat right and try to get in a walk now and then. But like I said, don&#039;t feel pressure. Good luck! :)</description>

		<description>I would try to excercise when I was pregnant, but I have to have a cerclage put in at 12 weeks or so. By the time I felt like moving again, I didn&#039;t really keep up with it. I haven&#039;t lost any weight since my last baby, and I am feeling the pressure to get back to the way I once was.</description>

		<description>I think walking and the pool are good exercises for you :-)  I never exercised when I was pregnant (well if you call lifting food to my mouth, picking up the phone receiver &amp; then flapping my jaws exercise then man I sure did get a lot of it...........LOL) but seems how exercising is becoming a huge part of my life I hope that if I get the chance to have another baby one day that I&#039;ll at least walk or swim during the pregnancy.

It&#039;s also good that you are taking a day off - don&#039;t want to over do it :-)</description>
