		<description>Yep that's just about what the other recipe I found is! But you make it all in advance, wrap in foil then freeze! I am so going to make like two weeks worth, after I go to Costco that is.</description>

Here's a easy, quick breakfast:

1 whole-wheat English muffin
1 slice ff/lf cheese
1 Morningstar farms sausage patty OR egg beaters

You can do the egg beaters in the microwave, and also the sausage patty and cheese. I like to sub the sausage with turkey bacon, yum! It just takes a few minutes to assemble and you are ready to go. 

I'm also a huge fan of protein shakes in the morning. I make them with soy milk and add in some fruit and they are really yummy.</description>
