		<description>I have had success in the past with Weight Watchers &amp; also just eating healthy.  This time I&#039;m trying to lose the 40lbs I put on in my year of engagement &amp; year of marriage so I can be back to &quot;normal&quot;  I&#039;m counting calories &amp; working on 1200 a day to 1500 a day when I need a splurge.  I work out as often as I can, mostly on my Wii fit since my work traveling has messed up going to a gym (long story!) and for me &quot;treat&quot; I drink on the weekends ... light beer / liquor &amp; diet coke / wine.  So far first week lost 5lbs, and I was sick yesterday so hopefully I&#039;m on track for this week.  I&#039;d like to do 2lbs a week &amp; get into a healthier swing of themes.</description>
